All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time You submit Your order. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through Our payment processor. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Company offers digital products such as meal plans, guides, and similar downloadable resources. Payment is required to access any digital product unless otherwise stated.
Upon receipt of payment, You will receive a link via email to download Your purchase. You are responsible for downloading the content in order to activate Your usage license. After downloading, You have lifetime personal use of the digital product in accordance with the license granted in these Terms.
Because digital products are immediately available for download upon purchase, Company does not offer refunds on digital products under any circumstances. All sales are final.
1-ON-1 COACHING
Company offers individual coaching services as described on the Website. Payment is required to access coaching services unless otherwise stated. Specific payment terms, session structure, and scheduling details will be communicated at the time of purchase or in a separate coaching agreement.
All sales of coaching services are final. Company does not offer refunds on coaching purchases under any circumstances, including for unused sessions, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or early termination of the coaching relationship by the client. By purchasing coaching services, You acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Any cancellation or rescheduling policies for individual sessions will be outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate coaching agreement. Company reserves the right to modify session scheduling with reasonable advance notice.
LICENSE TO USE COMPANY CONTENT
By purchasing any product or service, Company grants You a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased content for Your own personal use only. Commercial use of any Company Content is strictly prohibited.
