Time to dig deeper. To properly address your most pressing challenges, we’ll review your full health history (as in-depth as we can go) along with your nutrition patterns and lifestyle habits. During this phase, we’ll also analyze your labs and metabolic markers (if available) to help us identify the root drivers behind your symptoms and plateaus.

We’ll start by talking about your goals and what your nutrition experience has looked like so far. Once we’ve identified where you’re feeling stuck, I’ll outline what working together will look like. If you’re confident that my approach will address what you need, I’ll explain the items I’ll need access to so you can leave with clarity about our next steps.

  • Continue with nutrition counseling to implement the plan with my ongoing support, or
  • Use this as a standalone assessment and return periodically for follow-up labs & consultation as-needed.

Lab testing lets us see what’s happening in your body so we can identify what may be contributing to your symptoms, such as nutrient deficiencies or even metabolic or hormonal issues.

After your labs are complete, we’ll meet for a 75-minute in-depth review session to walk through your results and outline a personalized plan of action. This session includes my clinical interpretation, research, and customized recommendations prepared just for you.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance doesn’t cover the work I do with my clients. However, I offer flexible payment plans to make partnering on your nutrition work for your financial situation.

Do you work with people who are on GLP-1s?


Definitely! I often work with individuals who need support with weight management or obesity, and I’m careful to consider any medications (including GLP-1s) in their nutrition plans.

Absolutely—you’re speaking my language. Labs (especially those commonly used in functional nutrition testing) are a crucial component of our work together because they help us get a broader picture of your health. 

Something to note: I work with Quest, who can check your insurance benefits and determine what may be covered.

Can you help with meal prep and planning?


Yes! Since I’m located in NYC, you must be located in Manhattan to qualify for done-for-you services. However, I can still help you virtually with grocery shopping and meal planning to make that process feel more manageable.
